Design Development: Develop and coordinate project documentation from schematic design to construction documentation based on the approved concept design, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Document Management: Update, organize, and control all design documents to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficient revision management.

Coordination: Collaborate closely with other disciplines such as Structural and MEP teams to ensure seamless project integration.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other supporting design software.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

Experience in design development and documentation for projects such as residential towers, hotels, offices, and industrial facilities.

Good understanding of architectural codes, standards, and regulations.

Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, technical solutions, and finishing materials.

Ability to read, prepare, and develop technical documentation that meets both aesthetic and technical requirements across different project stages.

Software Skills:

• Proficient in Revit: Modeling, Documentation, and Collaboration.

• Good command of AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.

• Knowledge of BIM workflows is an advantage.

Soft-skills:

• Strong sense of responsibility.

• Good teamwork and coordination skills.

• English proficiency sufficient for coordination with consultants and handling bilingual drawing documentation.
