Receive and review design input information (schedule, project scale, quality requirements, client requirements, etc.) from the Department Manager.

Perform technical calculations, develop preliminary design solutions, and plan technical rooms and shafts related to ACMV systems.

Propose optimal design solutions, present and defend technical proposals, and obtain approval from the Department Manager before implementation.

Develop basic design, technical design, and construction documentation for ACMV systems.

Monitor design implementation and handle design changes when required.

Ensure design quality and compliance with technical requirements, codes, and regulations.

Prepare quantity take-off and cost estimation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Engineering (ACMV) or related disciplines. (Preferred universities: HCMUT, HCMUTE, and IUH).

Good understanding of current ACMV codes and regulations.

Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledgeable in Autodesk Revit. Proficient in cooling load calculation software, duct sizing, and piping calculation software. Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and related software.

Knowledge of compressed air and gas systems is an advantage.

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

English communication skills; fluent English is an advantage.
