At we approached the end of 2023, the Employees’ Conference stood as a customary occasion to access our collective journey and a unique platform for the Director and Employees to come together, engage in meaningful interactions, listen to one another, and jointly shape a more positive work environment for the future.

Addressing concerns, suggestions, and questions regarding welfare policies and labor regulations raised by the Employees, the Director and Labor Union responded with an open, friendly, and straightforward approach, gaining unanimous agreement from the entire staff during the meeting.

The conference concluded with a notable ceremony that recognized outstanding contributions from Departments/Teams and Individuals to the company’s development, specifically:

- Outstanding Department/Team: Long Thanh Team
- Outstanding Individual: Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi (Head of Concept Department)

The event was not only a moment to acknowledge exceptional individual and team, but also an opportunity to strengthen internal relationships and witness the unity determination of the Leadership Team and all Employees, all aiming towards significant goals in 2024.
