• Develop conceptual design plans for assigned projects.

• Conduct research and propose architectural concept design solutions.

• Collaborate with and coordinate other design consultants involved in the project.

• Visualize and present design solutions using graphic and presentation software (PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, CAD, etc.).

• Participate in internal and client presentations when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.

• Valid Architectural Practice Certificate.

• Strong aesthetic sense and excellent design presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking.

• Experience working on high-rise projects such as residential towers, hotels, or office buildings (in any phase from Concept Design to Detailed Design).

• Good understanding of architectural standards, codes, and regulations is an advantage.

• Proficiency in office and design software: PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, CAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, etc.

• Proficiency in AI tools for architecture, landscape, and interior applications.

• Open-minded and willing-to-learn attitude.

• Good command of English for communication and work.
