NEW PROJECT – SAGIMIC RICE FACTORY

We feel privileged to collaborate with the Investor for the Sagimic Rice Factory project situated in the My Hiep Industrial Park, Cao Lanh District, Dong Thap Province.

Covering an area of up to 6.1 hectares, the factory boasts a production capacity of 200,000 tons annually.

Participating in this project, DB has been entrusted with the responsibility of designing and implementing optimal technical solutions to ensure the factory operates at maximum efficiency.

With a focus on investing in infrastructure, production lines, and modern production technologies, we are confident that, once operational, this will empower Sagimic to manufacture high-quality rice products that not only cater to domestic demand but also conform to the stringent quality standards required for exporting to the European market.

DB is honored to be selected by the Investor to deploy the New Point Restaurant project – a gateway to a world of luxury and sophistication in the heart of Saigon.

The project’s most distinctive feature is its façade design. It draws inspiration from Romanesque architecture and harmoniously blends contemporary and classical styles through the skillful combination of light, materials, shadows, neutral colors, and geometric patterns.

The New Point restaurant promises to create a privileged world exclusively for the upper class, providing them with a space to immerse themselves and enjoy top-notch facilities and services.
