On the morning of July 19, 2025, SPORTS DAY—the largest annual sporting event of our Ecosystem—unfolded in full energy at Gia Dinh Stadium (Ho Chi Minh City). The event brought together more than 500 athletes from six member companies: Newtecons, Ricons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, BOHO, and DB – Beyond Design & Build, along with hundreds of enthusiastic supporters who fueled the vibrant atmosphere of the day.

From the very first moments, the stadium came alive with color and excitement. Each company brought its own distinctive spirit—expressed through playing styles, team dynamics, and the passionate cheers of their supporters. But more than competition, SPORTS DAY was a true celebration of togetherness, where six unique shades blended into one. Every step, every effort, and every cheer echoed the same message: unity, connection, and shared purpose.

More than just a test of physical strength, SPORTS DAY created a rare opportunity for members across the Ecosystem to stand side by side—not in meetings or on construction sites, but on the field—where the essence of teamwork came through in every pass, every call for support, and every moment of resilience.

In this collective picture, DB may have stood quietly—but with intention. With a spirit of dedication, fair play, and sincere connection, every moment on the field became a meaningful experience. Together, we overcame pressure, shared laughter, exchanged encouragement, and truly lived the values of team spirit—not only with our own colleagues, but with those we met for the first time, united by a common rhythm.

SPORTS DAY 2025 has come to an end, but its echoes remain. Because the true value of the event wasn’t found on a scoreboard—but in the shared effort, the handshakes after matches, the mutual respect, and the feeling that we—six companies, one Ecosystem—stood together as one.

A memorable celebration of sport—not only because of the competition, but because of the genuine connections, lasting memories, and the collective spirit that will continue to accompany us on every step forward.

On the morning of July 12, 2025, more than 80 employees from six companies within the Ecosystem—Newtecons, Ricons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, BOHO, and DB—gathered at the Binh Chau – Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve to plant 1,500 Hopea odorata (Sao Den) trees, contributing to the preservation of Southeast Vietnam’s precious coastal forests.

This nature reserve, one of the few remaining primeval forests in the region, spans over 11,000 hectares across Xuyen Moc District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City). It is home to a unique convergence of diverse ecosystems—ranging from mangroves and coastal sand forests to evergreen tropical forests—forming an exceptionally rich and rare biodiversity complex.

To kick off the event, Ms. Ha Tieu Anh, representing the Ecosystem Supervisory Board, shared with employees the significance of the tree-planting activity in celebration of the Ecosystem’s Traditional Day. As the Ecosystem continues to implement several projects in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, it not only creates jobs for local communities but also contributes to sustainable regional development. This afforestation initiative reaffirms the Ecosystem’s long-term commitment to supporting local growth through environmental restoration, forest rehabilitation, and biodiversity conservation.

Following the opening remarks, participants planted 1,500 trees together, helping to reforest degraded areas and restore native vegetation. The event was carried out with close guidance from the Reserve Management Board, who provided training on sapling selection and proper planting techniques.

The event was marked by a vibrant and collaborative spirit, with employees taking pride in playing an active role in protecting this “green lung” of the coastal ecosystem—home to hundreds of rare and endangered species listed in both the Vietnamese and global Red Data Books.
