At we approached the end of 2023, the Employees’ Conference stood as a customary occasion to access our collective journey and a unique platform for the Director and Employees to come together, engage in meaningful interactions, listen to one another, and jointly shape a more positive work environment for the future.

Addressing concerns, suggestions, and questions regarding welfare policies and labor regulations raised by the Employees, the Director and Labor Union responded with an open, friendly, and straightforward approach, gaining unanimous agreement from the entire staff during the meeting.

The conference concluded with a notable ceremony that recognized outstanding contributions from Departments/Teams and Individuals to the company’s development, specifically:

– Outstanding Department/Team: Long Thanh Team
– Outstanding Individual: Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi (Head of Concept Department)

The event was not only a moment to acknowledge exceptional individual and team, but also an opportunity to strengthen internal relationships and witness the unity determination of the Leadership Team and all Employees, all aiming towards significant goals in 2024.

Our journey through the challenges and changes of 2023 has just concluded, bringing with it valuable lessons and successes that lay the groundwork for outgoing development.

Heading towards 2024 – Year of Innovation and Sharing.

Kicking off the Year-End Review program, CEO Mr. Ha Quang Giang, together with the Management team, gave an overview of the business results in 2023. They also outlined the business production plan for 2024 with the ideas for actions and directions in the upcoming period.

The Board of Directors and Department/Team Heads at DB Company have received valuable feedback from Founder Nguyen Ba Duong and the members of the Advisory Board, aiming to further refine the year-long business production plan in 2024. With support from the Founder and innovative contributions from companies within the Ecosystem, we believe the DB family will emerge stronger and ready for promising new journey.

We also would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our esteemed partners for their meaningful collaboration and shared success over the past period. We look forward to the continued flourishing of this positive and effective partnership in the future.

This morning, the main hall of our Headquarter was filled with vibrant colors of flowers, gifts, and cakes to celebrate a special day – the day to honor the “beautiful half” of the Ecosystem. This is an occasion to express gratitude for the significant efforts and contributions of all our female colleagues throughout the time.

The event was carried out with enthusiastic participation and support from our Founder, Nguyễn Bá Dương, along with Executive Board, and, of course, sll the ladies of DB and the companies within the Group. Together, we had memorable moments with fun performances, surprising magic acts, vibrant bouquets, and especially the “Lucky Draw” event with many attractive and practical prizes dedicated to all our female colleagues.

On this occasion, we extend our best wishes to DB ladies and the “beautiful half” of the world. May you always be happy, shine, be loved, and highly esteemed. Sincere thanks for your contributions, and congratulations on Vietnamese Women’s Day!

On the morning of October 17, 2023, D&B, along with the companies within the Ecosystem, signed the MOU to maintain a strong relationship between the Group and the University. The signing ceremony was attended by Associate Professor, Dr., Architect Le Van Thuong, the Principal of the University, the Chairman and Founder Nguyen Ba Duong, the Board of Directors, and representatives from the various departments of the University, as well as representatives from the leadership of the companies within the Ecosystem.

As a long-standing strategic partner of UAH, D&B specifically, and the companies within the Ecosystem in general, will continue to collaborate in activities supporting the University’s students, especially internship programs and professional skill development. This collaboration will provide students with access to modern, professional working environments, as well as exposure to technology.

Through the comprehensive MOU, it is believed that this partnership represents not only an opportunity for knowledge and skill exchange but also serves as a foundation to bridge the gap between education and practical experience, enabling the younger generation of students to develop holistically and face the future with confidence and creativity.

On the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of its founding, DB-er had a meaningful and joyful teambuilding celebration.

During the anniversary program, on behalf of the Board of General Directors, Mr. Ha Quang Giang made statements about the important milestones that DB has experienced in the past time, emphasizing the importance of solidarity and efforts. the wholehearted effort of the staff in that development journey, and at the same time sharing about DB’s upcoming plans and intentions.

DB – BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM CELEBRATING THE COMPANY’S TRADITIONAL DAY

On the morning of July 29, 2023, DB, alongside companies within the Ecosystem and the Red Cross of Phu Nhuan District, came together to organize a heartwarming blood donation event, named ‘Pink Heart’. This initiative was part of the event series celebrating the 2023 Traditional Day of the Ecosystem.

Embracing the core principle of creating and spreading positive value while fostering a strong sense of community, DB extends heartfelt gratitude to all the dedicated participants and supporters who made this event a success. After a successful and remarkable two-month journey, the “DB Running Challenge 2023” has officially concluded with impressive statistics, glorious victories, and enthusiastic support from participating members.

Through the enduring sportsmanship of the athletes, the competition covered a total distance of 7977 kilometers, with an average of approximately 266 kilometers per participant.
