Job Description

1. Receive input information on design documents (progress, scale, quality, requirements of the Investor...) from the Head of Department
2. Calculate technical parameters, prepare preliminary design plans, estimate rooms and technical axes for work items related to the ACMV system
3. Choose the optimal design plan, explain and defend the plan, submit it to the Head of Department for approval before implementation
4. Deploy basic design documents, technical design documents and construction design documents for work items related to the ACMV system
5. Control design implementation, handle design change requests
6. Responsible for design quality, ensuring design documents meet technical requirements and standards
7. Estimating volume/price

Experience

1. Graduated from the major of Air Conditioning and Ventilation System Design Engineer (ACMV). City University of Technology. HCM, City University of Technical Education. HCM and City University of Industry. HCM.
2. At least 3 years of experience as an ACMV system design engineer
3. Understanding current standards/regulations related to ACMV system
4. Proficient in Autocad, knowledgeable in Autodesk Revit. Proficient in cooling load calculation software, air duct and water pipe calculations. Good use of Excel, Powerpoint, Project software...
5. Understanding the electrical system, water supply and drainage system and fire protection system is an advantage
6. Good communication
7. English communication: Proficiency in English is an advantage
8. Have teamwork skills
