• Control and manage the design documents of the company’s construction items as assigned by the Project Director or Head of Design Management Department.

• Monitor and develop implementation plans for design tasks in line with the overall project schedule.

• Manage design consultants, take charge of handling scope adjustments, implementation schedules, and arising costs based on signed/to-be-signed contracts with consultants. Timely provide proposals to manage design documents and consultants to ensure quality and progress for the Client.

• Monitor and coordinate architectural design solutions with other disciplines such as structure, planning, infrastructure, MEP, interior, landscape, etc.

• Develop and provide scopes of work, coordinate in evaluating the capacity of design consultants and contractors during the bidding process.

• Work with the QS team to review and control the design budget, avoid additional costs during the design implementation process. Ensure design stays within the project’s budget.

• Manage design changes effectively by assessing the technical, time, and cost impacts of proposed changes while still maintaining quality requirements.

• Coordinate with the construction site to ensure works are executed in compliance with the approved design.

• Monitor, review, and coordinate with disciplines to respond and evaluate shop drawings, RFI, RFA, PMI, etc. according to actual site conditions.

• Perform other tasks related to design management as assigned by the Project Director/Head of Design Management/Executive Board.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

• Professional certificate in Architectural Design.

• Over 5 years of experience in design control and high-rise project management.

• Knowledge of both Vietnamese and international design standards. Strong understanding of design management processes.

• Strong leadership skills, good communication in both Vietnamese and English, confident and clear in information delivery.

• Ability to make judgments, analyze and synthesize according to specific conditions. Strong teamwork, interaction, and effective collaboration with other departments.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Autocad, SketchUp, managing Revit, Ms Project, 3Ds Max, and MS Office.
