On November 14, 2025, DB attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Mega Lifesciences Manufacturing Plant in Đồng Nai — one of the flagship industrial projects of the international pharmaceutical group Mega Lifesciences. The project is executed under a joint-venture model between Newtecons and Taiki-Sha, a renowned Japanese contractor specializing in MEP and fire protection design–build systems.

As the CSA Design Consultant, DB is responsible for the full scope of architectural, structural, and infrastructure design. Beyond delivering compliant technical drawings, DB develops integrated and optimized design solutions that align with the stringent standards of a high-tech pharmaceutical facility. DB also serves as a key technical bridge, working in close coordination with Taiki-Sha’s MEP engineering teams to ensure every detail is harmonized, standardized, and ready for seamless execution during construction.
