Perform assigned tasks involving the application of AI tools for ideation, visualization, and architectural concept development.

Collaborate closely with the design team to develop preliminary concepts based on AI-assisted outputs.

Produce technical drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renderings under the supervision of the Lead Architect.

Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentation materials.

Undertake additional professional tasks as assigned by the Lead Architect.

4th–5th year Architecture students or recent graduates with strong analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.

Demonstrated interest in high-rise and large-scale projects, with a willingness to learn advanced construction methodologies.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop...

• Working knowledge of rendering tools including Lumion and Enscape.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with AI tools in architectural design is considered an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

• Effective teamwork and communication skills.

• Sufficient English proficiency for coordination and professional documentation.
