Receive and review design input information (schedule, scale, quality requirements, client requirements, etc.) from the Design Lead or Team Leader.

Participate in structural calculations and develop preliminary and optimized design solutions under the guidance of the Team Leader / Design Lead.

Participate in the development of design documents for basic design, technical design, and construction documentation for civil and industrial projects.

Be responsible for design quality, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, standards, and regulations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Industrial Construction Engineering. (Preferred universities: HCMUT, UAH, and HCMUTE).

Good understanding of current structural codes and regulations.

Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, Prokon, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and related software.

Proficiency in RAM Concept and Plaxis is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

English communication skills; fluent English is an advantage.
