Receive and review design input information (schedule, project scale, quality requirements, client requirements, etc.) from the Department Manager.

Perform technical calculations, develop preliminary design solutions, and plan technical rooms and shafts related to plumbing and fire protection systems.

Propose optimal design solutions, present and defend technical proposals, and obtain approval from the Department Manager before implementation.

Develop basic design, technical design, and construction documentation for plumbing and fire protection systems.

Monitor design implementation and handle design changes when required.

Ensure design quality and compliance with technical requirements, codes, and regulations.

Prepare quantity take-off and cost estimation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Plumbing Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related disciplines. (Preferred universities: HCMUT, HCMUTE, and IUH).

Good understanding of current codes and regulations related to plumbing and fire protection systems.

Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Flow Advisor. Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and related software.

Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

English communication skills; fluent English is an advantage.
